    A5: It’s a hard time to be firm w/rates, but try, if you can. Lowering your rates locks you into that rate. No agency ever gave the $25/hr freelancer $100/hr when their budget increased, they went and found a $100/hr freelancer. Do what it takes to be that freelancer.
